Dr. Siamak Yasmeh’s journey in orthopedic and spine surgery reflects a deep commitment to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and compassionate patient care. After earning his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at USC, he trained at LAC + USC Medical Center, one of the country’s most demanding orthopedic surgery residency programs. There, he developed a strong foundation in both general orthopedics and complex trauma care. Driven by a passion for spinal health, Dr. Yasmeh advanced his training through a fellowship in spine surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. During this time, he refined his skills in minimally invasive techniques, spinal decompression, and fusion procedures. Dr. Yasmeh has contributed to the field through peer-reviewed research published in the journal Spine and has presented at both national and international conferences. His clinical philosophy is rooted in evidence-based care, focusing on procedures that minimize risk and maximize recovery for his patients. Today, Dr. Yasmeh practices at Los Angeles Orthopedic Surgery Specialists and treats patients across several locations in Southern California, including Santa Fe Springs, Tarzana, Glendale (Adventist Health), and East Los Angeles. He is known for his thoughtful approach, surgical precision, and dedication to improving his patients’ quality of life.
